When seeing a cute boy….
Hello friend! Don't worry, I'm not as miserable as this page makes me seem.
Also, you look beautiful today!
Taste,
Is temporary
Food ,
Is temporary
Cravings,
are temporary
But your body is FORVER what you eat today determines what you will look like tomorrow , and the day after that…
• eating makes you feel like crying
• gaining weight is one of your biggest fears
• you’re ashamed of your body
• you always feel fat
• losing weight is on your mind 24/7
I’ve gotten to the place where I am so stressed and upset about things that I physically cannot eat.
Snacking on candy and sipping coffee while watching sex and the city. This is the first time in a long time I’m eating something that isn’t ‘clean’ and not 1)binge eating it, barely noticing what I put in my mouth 2) feeling bad.
I won’t work out after this. Maybe take a nap. Recovery is worth it.

Orthorexia is the unofficial term used for when someone has taken healthy eating and fitness to an extreme where it becomes difficult for them to break outside of the rules they’ve created. It can create anxiety or feelings of shame or things like that when they believe they’ve eaten a “bad” food.
Essentially, it’s good intentions gone wrong. Taken to the point where it’s harmful - if not physically, then at least mentally.
The google definition says: “an obsession with eating foods that one considers healthy. a medical condition in which the sufferer systematically avoids specific foods in the belief that they are harmful.”
